January is a great opportunity to reflect and reset! 🥳

KB took some time to think about her year in 2021. Something she is looking forward to in 2022 is focusing on positive daily habits. Success takes a lot of hard work EVERYDAY! So everyday, KB will do her best to be her best. 😊

“For me, being my best everyday doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m working like crazy, and giving 110% in absolutely everything, but it means listening to my body and asking myself what can I do today to feel good & healthy. Perreaux has a Multimedia Diploma from Lethbridge College, and a Bachelor of fine Arts from the University of Lethbridge. Erica comes to The Collective Marketing Co. as a contract designer & photographer.

Erica says, “My favourite part about my job is bringing a client's vision to life, whether it's branding, logo design, or photography visuals. I love working with a blank slate and creating something special for those who trust me with their business identity!”

Kathy Hong, Co-Founder of The Collective Marketing Co. 👋

Community and togetherness are two of my core values. I have always loved bringing people together and creating lasting memories. 😊

Diversity. Inclusion. Independence. Three other values I believe in. I want our community to be a safe space for everyone. I want to encourage collaboration over competition. I want to help women succeed. I want there to be opportunities for our youth to be active and receive whatever help they need to build a successful future for themselves and our community. Choosing to find the positive in every situation, I am eager to work with small and local businesses to help them succeed. 😁

I hold a Bachelor of Management in Marketing with a minor in Social Responsibility and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, completing both degrees with distinction at the University of Lethbridge. During my undergrad I completed the Integrated Management Experience (IME) program and a six-week international work study in Budapest, Hungary where I worked in marketing and promotions with Budapest Honvéd FC and a brief stint with Red Bull Hungary learning about digital analytics. 😎
