Step one we can do without the vehicle even being in the shop. We print all of the panels on IJ175 wrap in our Roland TrueVIS LG-640 UV-LED printer. This process can be time consuming so if we have the file, we’ll try to get this done ASAP. From here, the film gets laminated, cut out, and then it’s ready to install!
Next we apply panel by panel, ensuring all the tiny details line up and we’re doing any necessary trimming as we apply!

Wayne tackles the cab while Brooklyn goes through and does final touches on the rest of the bus.
On the windows, we install perf and make sure that it lines up with the graphic on the body.
Then we go over the whole thing, make sure it’s post heated and everything is up to Zircon standards. After all that is complete, we call it a day and take about 100 pictures of the finished product.
