And in local business, looking fake leads to unfollowed, it doesn't give your audience a trust feeling and it simply makes them feel far from you (like you're on another level).

I remember when I first started managing social media, it was when we used to treat it like a billboard.
Pretty graphics, catchy lines, post, and move on.

But here’s what I learned really quickly as time went on: social media isn’t about being seen… it’s about being felt.

When I started showing up for my clients like a person instead of a brand, people started talking back.

They commented, shared, and DM’d.

They connected🎯

And that’s when the magic happens, because connection always comes before conversion.

If you’re in London and your marketing feels stuck, start small: talk to your followers like they’re sitting right in front of you or like they are the friend you are about to text 💥

That’s where social media actually works.
