Matt brings a search-first mentality to Hidden Z. With expertise in SEO, AI Optimization, and Google Ads, he helps brands get found in the places that matter. With over a decade of experience, he’s worked with 100+ clients across local, national, franchise, B2B, SaaS, B2C, and e-commerce businesses, turning messy search data, campaign results, and customer intent into strategies people can actually use. Outside of work, Matt is usually golfing, thinking about golfing, or convincing himself that a swing he’s been working on since he was eight is just one small tweak away.

Cliff has worked with many brands over the years, including the Canadian Olympic Committee, Universal Music Group, Roxul, and the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation. From developing custom websites to building web and mobile applications, he enjoys transforming ideas and designs into polished digital experiences that are both functional and engaging. Outside of development, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife and kids, exploring trails on his ATV, or enjoying a sunny day at the beach.

UX/UI Designer / Product Thinker / Accessibility Advocate

Chris has worked with local and international teams focused on building thoughtful digital experiences that balance business goals with real human needs. From simplifying complex products to crafting scalable design systems and intuitive user journeys, he enjoys transforming complex challenges into experiences people actually want to use. Outside of design, he’s often exploring AI-enhanced workflows, refining creative processes, and finding inspiration through art, design, and everyday experiences.
