I had the pleasure of working with Gibson Music Studios a couple of months back to design a new logo for them that represented their brand and values. Gibson music studios is a husband and wife duo who love music and love to mentor others into that same love. They focus primarily on piano lessons but offer theory and composition lessons as well. They teach people of all ages and levels of skill and have huge hearts. They want learning music to be a fun and creative experience where people can feel free to explore and be who they are. They were looking for something creative, fun and elegant with both a masculine and feminine feel. Something that would not prove to be easy but with a little time and a lot of love and refinement this is what we came up with. They made it a joy to do my job and I know who I will be going to if I ever need ANY sort of musical instruction.

Hey hatchlings! Here is some more work we have been pumpin out in "The Coop".

When Dayna Chaleunsouk approached us about branding his restaurant he has been prepping for and we heard the story behind why he wanted to open it, we knew we had to be involved. Dayne has a huge heart for people and the idea behind "At The Table - Eatery & Exchange" was to have a place where anyone, rich or poor, whole or empty could come and eat. His dream is to sell tokens in stores in his city with his logo on them. These coins when purchased by someone like you or me will be a meal for someone who would not otherwise be able to afford one. That is where the exchange comes into play. The less fortunate can come in and exchange one of these coins for a meal. "At The Table" is a place where all can come and have a place at the table. Even though it is not off the ground yet, with a great logo and branding in place we know it will be a smooth start for "At The Table" when they finally have a space to call home!

Recently I was approached by Sébastien Malette to design his CD and sleeve artwork. Sébastien is a bassoon player based out of London, currently serving our country as a musician in the armed forces. When he came to me we had bounced around a couple design ideas and I began to get really excited about this project. Given the genre of music and the industry, I had to educate myself on the style and rules involved with designing a contemporary orchestral music CD. There was a lot of tweaking and design changes to get to the final product, but we ended up with a modern look and feel that fits with the look and style for this style of music.

Recently I worked with The Turkey Shoppe in Talbotville just outside of St.Thomas. The Turkey Shoppe has always been synonymous with Oegema Turkey Farms, but never had an identity or logo of its own. I was approached by the owner of The Turkey Shoppe to help design a new logo and start a fresh and new brand for The Turkey Shoppe, separate from the farm. We designed a logo representative of the core values of The Turkey Shoppe: fresh, natural, family, community and whole food. The Turkey Shoppe is a a family run business located on the family's turkey and grain farm. Everything they sell is homemade and fresh. We wanted the logo to portray all the qualities of The Turkey Shoppe and also bring them into the twenty-first century with a modern look and feel.
