What the job looks like?



We at Finearc Marketing Inc. are looking to hire enthusiastic full time marketing specialist for 40 hours a week, filled with energy who can work from office across 6 days and perform the following duties;



Manage the social media platforms of clients and aid in strategizing marketing campaigns.

Create content for posting on social media platforms, email marketing and websites such as blogs, scripts, videos, images and canva designs.

Stay on top to identify, qualify and report to clients leads generated from running ad campaigns and do cold-calling if required.

Make changes to websites on platforms like Wix and Wordpress.



Who are we looking for?



We are looking for individuals who are passionate and devoted to marketing, we are particularly looking for the following;



Must have completed bachelors in business or marketing-related field, with 1 year of experience.

Must know about Facebook, Youtube, Google Ads and Instagram, SEO, WIX, Wordpress, Bombbomb, Mailchimp, basic video editing, Canva, MS Office.

Must be proficient in English.

Must be energetic and on the toes to complete company goals and objectives.



What incentives are we looking at?



Other than gaining experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, the following incentives will be attached to the role;



$15 per hour

6 days working week, flexible for working from home on 1 day.

Pre-placement offer, depending on work performance.

Mello Palheta Coffee Roasters has roots that wrap around the globe. Up until eight months ago, Korean-born brothers Felix and Won Cha had spent the majority of their lives living amidst the sandy beaches of Melbourne, Australia � a city well known as one of the world's coffee capitals. The brothers honed their roasting skills over the past eight years, working at some of the most successful cafes in the industry.

When it came time for the ambitious pair to branch out and open their own cafe, they weren't especially tied to remaining in Australia. Realizing the opportunity posed by relocating to a less coffee-saturated market, they quickly decided that Toronto, a city with a burgeoning coffee-scene, would be a great fit. What the Cha brothers have come up with at de Mello Palheto is a truly impressive cafe, with excellent coffee roasted in-house, a strong menu of baked goods and pastries and, not to be forgotten, some serious style.

The cafe is aptly named after Francisco de Melo Palheta , a Portugese coffee purveyor who was sent by the King of Portugal to French New Guinea in 1893 to obtain coffee seeds, sparking the beginning of the coffee trade in Brazil. What did I tell ya, these guys know their stuff.

Back in 2018 in Brazil, when the fast-food market was dominated by Mc Donalds, seconded by Burger King and followed closely by subway it was time for the king to show the clown the power of augmented reality.

So here's what the king does next!

David SP the agency hired by Burger King comes up with the burn that ad campaign!

So how exactly does this work?

You download the burger king app and with your camera facing towards a competitor's ad, the app burns it in augmented reality and turns it into a burger king ad, and you get credited with a voucher for a free whopper.

So what were the highlights of this campaign?

Brand recall - banking on the presence of its competitor's ads, burger king managed to stay at the top for its customers.
Increase in market share - with this campaign, burger king managed to gain a bigger market share, with this campaign, it managed to sell over half a million whoppers.
Selling flame-grilled - Burger King subtly was selling its "flame-grilled is always better" by using flames to burn their competitor's ads, embedding the flame-grilled concept in the minds of its customers.

Conclusion

In the new era of technology, engaging the audience is the key to retain and build market share, burger king was able to connect quickly with its users, and just with the right incentive, it managed to burn over half a million ads of its competitors.
