Earlier this year, I asked God to help me refine my voice and gift. Help me use my voice to reach the hearts of more truth led leaders. I desired to be in person connecting with more humans and local Community. It was time. And though my human may stumble, my soul was willing.

Well, of course, as God would have it, doors are being opened, and in the most beautiful way, my dear friend asked if I would be a speaker as well as emcee and moderate a few segments at the April 29 & April 30. Never underestimate the power of community and genuine collaboration. And most of all, stay open to opportunities and growth together.

I’ll have the honor of speaking on Boundaries & Your Business (on stage at 11:50am, April 29) and also moderating / emceeing some segments.

Not wanting to work ON and IN your business with the same excitement as you work IN and ON your clients’ businesses is the equivalent of still having that soul sucking 9-5 job.

You’re not tired.
You’re uninspired.

So unplug.
Reconfigure.
Recalculate and allow your soul’s GPS to guide your way.
Let God lead your movement.

Your best content isn’t created, it’s anchored through your embodiment. Your integration.

Your best work and craftsmanship happens when you take time away to refine your craft, much like those personal growth sabbaticals.

While I get that we are all in this space of personal development and leadership, it’s easy to get stuck within the day to day. In the echo chamber. Until it slowly resembles the exact hamster wheel you decided to exit when you first started your business.

Without a second thought about how you feel about your business, how your business makes you feel. Does it expand you or make your contract?

So spend some time daily, working ON your business.
Building relationships.
By being.
The vision. The essence. The integration.

I don't care if you're a wannabe glitterati clone or a submissive DFY provider (come back to gentle Dom sweetheart, that's what we are).
When the momentum, sales, connection in your brand + business come to a standstill…

It’s not because you’re not worthy
It's not because you’re not gifted at what you do (you're a masterpiece, I see you)

It’s usually a mixture of:

⚡️Your messaging doesn’t match your evolution. And you're too afraid to say what you want to say & show up as you are. If not you, then who?

⚡️You are disconnected from your people & what they need/are looking for. Business = having a solution to someone's problem. What is your solution? What's your transformation? Do you truly connect with your community - no matter what - or only when they are paying you? Aka do you lead with love, humanity, kindness, or are people simply $$ to you?

⚡️Your business model doesn’t reflect who you truly are, and you're burnt TF out. Your nervous system secretly repels away any possible opportunities because your body remembers how it felt.

⚡️You're bored with your offers but aren’t allowing yourself to evolve or release them because you’ve made promises you need to honor, and are "should-ing" the f**k out of yourself. Instead of shifting your clients into an aligned space, creating a powerful, immersive experience.

⚡️Your pricing doesn't feel aligned. You charge $____ because your mentor told you so, but your body isn't safe with it yet.

⚡️You’re spinning, investing in mentors and coaches, when you deeply desire is a team that can hold you & your visions. You need deep anchoring - systems, backend, team, but aren't willing to pay for it with a proper team, yet you invest in program after mastermind after coach (thinking they're the magic pill) when you know what you need.

⚡️You’re looking for answers everywhere and in everything, instead of listening to your team -- who work tirelessly inside your business & can see what works / doesn't work. Drop the f**king pedestal, please. And just listen to your visionary implementers for a change.

14 hours of deep rest and sleep later (in pure fashion), of course, let's start things off this Saturday with a bit of sass and spice. I wasn't kidding when I declared that the 🔥frequency is back and here to stay.

Riddle me this 🤔

WHY are you still doing that ⬆️? And besides, isn’t your own vibe sexier than imitating someone else’s?

It's okay, you don't need to admit it to me, but more to yourself.

Your brand isn't any of the above things.

It's who you are on good and not so good days -- how you lead, how you show up. It's that mid-laughter snort, those Sh*tt's Creek or F.R.I.E.N.D.S memes you love to reference. It's your 'isms that make you, YOU.

It's YOU in your natural, God-given expression, talents, soul mission. The things that genuinely light you up. Bring all of it to the table. And no, not all of it needs to be monetized.

These things, these quirks flow into your copy, your online camera presence, your vocal cadence and tonality.

If you're not light and airy, don't freaking pretend to be that. Your fire will roar like an inferno rebelling against your pretence.

If you're not quirky, or hate dancing on camera, don't freaking do it.

Your authentic self-expression is what will open the floodgates for you and call in your dream clients. Your content is there to supplement it and support it. But YOU are the essence of your brand.

You cannot hide yourself (in another's brand replication) and expect to connect with your soul fractal clients.

Your magic lies within YOU, your story, your experiences.

Your Muse will only show up for you when you show up for yourself.

Until then, she's watching you put on a masquerade that is hollowing your soul (and quite frankly selling your soul to the highest bidder) while you're wondering why none of your content lands.

2023 is the year for you to bring out your creative, misfit, renegade, rebel self to the table. No more hiding. Period.

Say it just like you would confide in your BFF.
Riff it just like you would with your biz bestie.
Show up just like you would .

Bring your soul back into your expression, no matter the medium.

It's YOU they want.

What comes first? The 💰 or the impact?
How do we know what to focus on?

This was a discussion inside my clients mastermind a couple months ago.

To which I answered,

“We often feel that the money comes first, yet it is when we dive into our own depths and uncover and excavate where the clean up needs to happen energetically, emotionally, etc, that is when the magic happens — the aligned clients, the money, the unapologetic expression etc.

Speaking from my own personal experience and journey. Anything attracted and taken on in misalignment will fall away or we will self sabotage. Until we uncover our own depths.”

Cycles aren’t broken in a day, they are broken with conscious excavation and examination of where we can do better, do different.
Calling ourselves out when we aren’t showing up in our fullest capacity.
Owning the pieces that we need to own, and releasing the rest.
And forgiving ourselves.
For taking on what our bodies knew we shouldn’t have.

The energy of this weekend’s new moon asks that you release what needs to be released so the seeds that have been planted have room to grow their roots.

Journal on this:

• how do you desire to feel?
• how do you desire for your clients to feel?
• what are your core guiding values? Tune into the resonance within your body.
• where can you stop “should-ing” yourself?
• what if you expected only the best and nothing less? How would that make you feel? How would you show up?
• what would you no longer do or hold onto, if you had the desired support in every area of your life? What does that look like and feel like?
• what does strengthening your mental, emotional, and spiritual core look like? What do you need to master? Because that mastery is what will help you close the gap between where you are and where you desire to be.
• what are you calling in for these next 6 months?
