A few helpful tips from The Memory Vine
Here are a few tips on how to make the RSVP portion of wedding planning a little bit easier 🤗
1. Give guests a fair and realistic deadline to respond. More than 4 weeks will make them feel like they can put it off and may end up forgetting to do it altogether.
2. Once the original deadline has passed, follow up right away! Call or email them to make sure you get an answer. The longer you put it off in hopes that you’ll get a response the more stressed out you will get. Trust me!
3. Keep track of the responses by numbering your RSVP cards. My husband and I actually did this and it was the best little trick! Some guests forget to write down their names so instead of you having a breakdown trying to figure out who it is, discreetly number the return envelope, and as the replies come in you can check it off.
