Convenience and experience are both important for the customer, who are willing to walk away if you don't provide.

Better response rates exist when your donor has heard or seen your message somewhere else first.

According to a study from Dallas-based business intelligence firm Data Axle, 29 percent of consumers contributing through an organization’s website do so after being contacted via another channel.

Spring is the new Christmas as Brands prepare for return of the Roaring 20's.

I do agree and feel consumers are ready to loosen their budgets. Brand loyalty is at an all time high. There is anticipation for high growth in retail. Many COM's are planning their biggest budget's ever.

We see the comparison to the roaring 20's. After the 1918 flu pandemic many consumers returned to spending lavishly, with periods of mass consumption. "Era of Glamour" and today we see people buying "Special Occasion Outfits"

100 years later it could be Roaring 20's 2.0!
