Torontooooo we outside!

Paint & Plantain is back in Toronto on August 29th from 12-3pm at SugarKane restaurant with SugarKane 699 Danforth Ave! We will be serving up delicious Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas, Coleslaw & Plantain (veggie option will be available) so come hungry and excited to have a good time. I shamelessly bought fishcakes and food from them almost every week during Covid so I can attest that the food will have you wanting to put them in your will 😂🔥

Join us for an afternoon of creativity, community & culture. Your ticket includes a full painting experience, all materials, and we'll make sure you eat so good the nap after will top all naps!

If you didn't make it to Paint & Plantain for the Soul, here's what you missed: Great vibes, delicious food, a lit playlist and a warm community painting and sharing belly laughs!

Thank you so much to .hive.toronto & for having me and for supporting me. I will never forget this and will forever cherish this collaboration.

To my community who showed up to support, helped me set up, take down and take content, I love and appreciate y'all so much🥺🩷. Your encouragement gave me the strength to keep going.

And to the PATRONS! Yall came out in your numbers and had a blast! It was fun getting to know you, celebrating birthdays, chatting with you and overall a pleasure to teach you. I wish I could rewind and do Saturday all over again.

This was my comeback season and boy y'all did not disappoint. To think this little lady from Barbados got to share a piece of home with you feels so surreal. This is only the beginning - I can't wait to see y'all at the next one and make sure y'all get some cornbread!
