Position: Outbound Sales - Digital Advertising
Reports to: Director of Sales

Our Field Marketing Team consists of committed individuals across the country. Our Field Marketing Managers have over 15 years of experience working with major Canadian brands.
Position Overview
We are looking to add an Outbound Sales Professional to our Rockstar Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, be comfortable handling inbound leads as well as making cold calls and sourcing new leads. The primary focus of this role is to identify, engage and attract new clients.
What You Bring
- A hunter mentality with a strong drive to win and acquire new business
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is an asset
- Computer literacy and ability to write proposals
- Strong sales and closing skills
- A valid driver license and access to a vehicle
- B2B sales experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions
- Ability to source leads and prospect with minimal supervision
- Comfortable making calls and communicating over the phone

Base Salary: $36,000 per year + Commission.
On target earnings: 90K per year with Unlimited earning potential
