ampersand 2.0 is here. and we’re taking a moment to celebrate!!

sal and sarah have spent this entire year rebuilding. taking a moment to zoom out, we’re so proud of everything we’ve accomplished.

new branding. new website dropping end of month. and systems that actually work: Asana, Slack, Frame.io, Dropbox, Sked Social - Social Media Management Tool, Canva and Manychat, all talking to each other the way they should.

our next big investment in the company is AI automation, ready to roll end of october. it’s truly mind blowing what we’re building..we can’t wait to show you how it all works. basically it will give us more time for what actually matters: client relationships, strategy, creative direction and creative ex*****on.

here’s where we are.

the team: sal made sarah in charge of hiring this year. and since then? only rockstars!!!

shoutout to trisha, our ops coordinator. danika, our social media coordinator. and our editors diwakar and dharma. we’re hiring slower and better. and honestly it shows 🫶

the work: 18 monthly retainer clients. 3 big strategy and training projects wrapped this summer. speaking engagements and CMO consulting coming before the end of the year.

Aperture&: our sister brand for wedding and events content creation launched this summer. 4 weddings shot. 3 more this fall. 2027 bookings already coming in and we haven’t even launched properly yet so thank you 🪽

what’s next: before the end of the year, our first digital product.!!! + we’re interviewing real small business owners to make sure we build something that actually helps, not just something that looks good on a sales page (if interested please dm us) 🫶
