I analyzed the colleagues who started with me together and here are 3 mistakes they made:

1. COMPETENCIES

Everyone who got bogged down developed their competencies exclusively in one plane. Only in its niche, only on request. But for example, they did not pay attention to management, finance, marketing, methodology, product lines, trade in general, psychology, etc. And it's like the tree has only one branch. One branch will give 3 kg of apples. And 50 branches will give 150 kg of apples. You know what I mean?

2. FORMAT

As a rule, those who cannot grow in any way, do not belong to communities, do not participate in masterminds. That is, there are no outside opinions, no useful reflection, no ideas.

3. CONDITION

One day, every expert falls into an emotional pit. I don't know anyone who hasn't been through this. I've been through it too.

And here the main mistake is to stay in the same conditions and alone. "I don't understand what to do next at all" and other states change thanks to a high-quality environment. When there is someone to discuss pressing problems with and they will understand you and offer solutions.
