🚨 Warning 🚨 Ontario will be one of the coldest on Earth this Friday January 23,2026 with temperatures dropping to -50’C. The last time it happened was January 5,1959 when temperatures drop to -53’C. Forecast says it is caused by deep polar vortex and displaced arctic mass, conditions known to drastically increase the risk of frostbite 🥶 and hypothermia within minutes and disruptions in power, communication, transportation and daily lives. Prompting officials to urge residents to stay indoors, avoid unnecessary travels and closely monitor weather advisory.
