Candidate to assist in sales and purchasing
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service inquiries and resolve issues
Sales/prospecting calls and occasional visits to customers throughout Canada
Clerical Work/Order entry
Communicate with overseas suppliers
Inspect product samples
Some logistics and inventory management
Tasks will vary
Requirements:
1 to 3 years experience in sales and customer service
Good knowledge of MS Office
Bilingual (additional languages an asset but not required)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Available to travel (if needed) and able to obtain a valid passport
Experience with ACCPAC/Sage 300 an asset
Experience with Freehand or other graphic design program an asset
In house training provided.
Looking for a reliable, detail oriented candidate with strong interpersonal as well as organizational skills. Critical thinking necessary.
Salary negotiable based on experience
