My work using 🟢 Green 🟢
This week, I am featuring projects where green takes the spotlight across branding systems, editorial and commercial illustrations.
Present everywhere in nature, yet one of the most complex colors to master in design. Surprisingly my least used color in illustration, but heavily chosen in branding (just finding this out while preparing this post).
When I do use it, green breathes life into a composition by adding something natural, calm and grounding, especially with the more organic hues.
In branding, green communicates growth, balance and vitality. Push it further with unusual variations and unexpected saturation and it becomes something else entirely. Mysterious, tense and almost electric (startups love the neon greens, lime variations and such)
How do you incorporate the many richnesses of green in your visual language?
