The Daily Commute is Broken How Are We Supposed to Survive This?

Gas prices are at record highs, making it impossible for many of us to afford getting to work. Public transit is completely packed, and the cost of filling up is literally eating up our wages.

We are being forced to choose between feeding our families and driving to a job that no longer covers our costs.

We need solutions now: Companies must allow permanent work-from-home for roles that can be done remotely to reduce demand.

Employers must offer fuel stipends or higher mileage reimbursement to offset these costs.

Public transport must be subsidized or increased immediately to handle the surge. If we all stay home because we can't afford to go in, the economy stops. It’s time for employers and governments to recognize that this is a crisis, not just an inconvenience. What are you doing to survive these prices? 👇
