The best opportunities in business aren't always part of the plan. Chris Bright didn't set out to build a property management company. He started by investing in real estate while working a full-time job. One property became two. Then three.
He got his real estate license, became a realtor, and kept growing his portfolio. Then a client needed help managing a property with a tenant in place. The brokerage wasn't interested, so Chris took it on himself. That one opportunity led to another owner. Then another.
Eventually, it became an entire property management business. Sometimes growth doesn't come from a grand strategy. It comes from saying yes to the right opportunity and seeing where it leads.
