We’ve often seen women transforming society. Be it the world of sciences or social causes or leadership. Women have proved and in fact, surpassed the gender-biased expectations they face from the world.

One such powerful change was recently brought by Jacinda Ardern, Prime Minister of New Zealand.

Despite the criticism and apprehensions she has battled with as a woman leader, she recently made an announcement that surprised the entire world.

She just declared that New Zealand is now coronavirus-free.

The country had set up a four-stage alert system with its first lockdown on 25 March. With a sustained effort and continuous monitoring, the country doesn’t have any active cases of coronavirus.

While countries are struggling to keep their coronavirus cases low, Jacinda has set the bar high.

Call it strategic planning, in-depth research or analysis, the end results are stunning!
