Here's my list of to-do's before I start my workday:

☑️Have a tasty breakfast.
☑️Brew a fresh cup of coffee.
☑️Listen to or read something encouraging such as the daily text 😄 so you can ground yourself on the more important things in life.
☑️Do some exercise, even if it's 10 minutes.
☑️Use a favourite essential oil in the diffuser. Appropriate scents put you in a good mood and signal the brain to work with focus.

The beginning of the week can offer endless possibilities. Start it with momentum so you can look back with great satisfaction!
