Little collection of photos I captured of the 2026 Miss Miles Running Event in New Glasgow Nova Scotia. YMCA of Pictou County. Members from my lovely friends Abreastariver Dragon Boat Team always take part each year, as well as my wife Bethany Visser seen with my mom Faye Visser-Booth!

We had a great turn out at our first in house event last weekend to focus on our growing community and have some fun with workout challenges programmed by Dav!

Thanks everyone who showed up, We had a 60 min workout for any Downtown Fitness Studio community members. All coaches were on deck and It was followed by coffee & health shots,
