Five years ago we hired a project manager. What we actually got was someone with very strong opinions about stale licorice (the staler the better -- we might not get it, but we respect it) and a Spotify game strong enough to turn any afternoon at the office into a full concert.

This year she picked up a new title too: dog mom. Sam welcomed her handsome pup Bentley this spring and he's already a regular on our calls, showing up with main character energy, bounding in and out of frame like he's got somewhere important to be (he does not).

Five years of Sam keeping us organized, sending playlists that always hit and reminding us that stale licorice is, in fact, a personality trait.

Today we're celebrating Taylor's big 5️⃣-year AnniversRC, and what a year it's been leading up to it!

Tay joined us back in the studio in June after being busy with her most important project yet: becoming mom to the sweetest one-year-old. And because apparently one full-time job and a new baby wasn't enough, she also launched Tay's Toast, her own small batch bakery, in her spare time (Tay... are you still looking for taste testers?)

And it turns out mat leave didn't change a thing -- Tay slid right back into keeping us all organized and sane like she never left.

Outside of work, she's scrapbooking memories, doing laps of HomeSense or somehow finishing a DIY project most of us would still be googling how to start.

Welcome back, Taylor. Five years in, and we're endlessly grateful you're on this team. Happy , cheers to you! 🧡

Eight years ago Ben joined and things got sharper, funnier and a little more sarcastic -- in the best way.

He shows up for the deadlines, the debates and the group chat chaos, usually with a perfectly-timed custom emoji (his timing is honestly impressive). Catch him on a Friday afternoon team call leading us through a Wordle, or through the ages in a round of TimeGuessr.

Outside of work he's growing a luscious garden, chasing a lower golf score one round at a time and probably cooking something the rest of us wish we'd been invited to try.

Twelve years of Heather on , and we genuinely cannot imagine this place without her. 🌸

She joined us back in 2014 and has grown into our Art Director -- and into one of the most central parts of what we do.

Impeccable taste, an eye that catches everything, and a standard for quality that makes every project shine. She brings warmth and steadiness to everything she touches, and she'll have a Google Sheet organized and colour-coded before you've even finished explaining what you need (seriously... they're a thing of beauty.)

Art Director. Garden curator. Bumblebee enthusiast. The only person we know who has beef with a dried fruit.

We adore you, Heather! Happy 12th 🧡🌼

Think back ten years ago. The world got Beyoncé's Lemonade, Stranger Things premiered, Drake dropped Views, and we all downloaded Pokémon GO.

Most importantly? Ten years ago got Mike.

A decade in, and his fingerprints are on pretty much everything we do — the creative direction, the culture, the decisions that don't always get the spotlight but absolutely should. The support, the problem-solving and the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything running.

A jingle for any occasion, a perfectly timed GIF, a "have a good weekend" on a Wednesday. That's our guy.

Creative Director. Managing Partner. In-house jingle writer. Baseball dad. We are so lucky to have him on our team.
