Twelve years of Heather on , and we genuinely cannot imagine this place without her. 🌸

She joined us back in 2014 and has grown into our Art Director -- and into one of the most central parts of what we do.

Impeccable taste, an eye that catches everything, and a standard for quality that makes every project shine. She brings warmth and steadiness to everything she touches, and she'll have a Google Sheet organized and colour-coded before you've even finished explaining what you need (seriously... they're a thing of beauty.)

Art Director. Garden curator. Bumblebee enthusiast. The only person we know who has beef with a dried fruit.

Think back ten years ago. The world got Beyoncé's Lemonade, Stranger Things premiered, Drake dropped Views, and we all downloaded Pokémon GO.

Most importantly? Ten years ago got Mike.

A decade in, and his fingerprints are on pretty much everything we do — the creative direction, the culture, the decisions that don't always get the spotlight but absolutely should. The support, the problem-solving and the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything running.

A jingle for any occasion, a perfectly timed GIF, a "have a good weekend" on a Wednesday. That's our guy.

Creative Director. Managing Partner. In-house jingle writer. Baseball dad. We are so lucky to have him on our team.

Today marks six years of Cam on — and that's certainly worth celebrating! 🎉

Cool, calm and collected is basically his default setting. If the day is smooth? He's along for the ride. If it's spinning out? Cam handles it without breaking a sweat. And with three boys at home, we trust he's great at keeping his cool!

When 5pm hits, he's recharging with good music or talking cars and motorsports with an enthusiasm that's hard not to get swept up in.

He's a great teammate, a genuinely good guy, and we're lucky to have him.

It might be Halloween today, but there’s nothing spooky or wicked about celebrating Denise’s first AnniversRC! ✨

From her love of stars, the moon, crystals, and all things cosmic to her matcha devotion (two sips away from turning as green as Elphaba — fitting, since that’s her costume today), Denise brings equal parts magic and chill vibes to everything she touches. 🌚

She radiates creativity, kindness, and that signature cool energy we can’t get enough of — the kind that keeps our team feeling cosmically aligned 💫

Fifteen -- yes, fifteen -- years of having Ria on ... how lucky are we?! 🧡 Our design manager with a heart of gold, it's nearly impossible to sum you up in a word (and believe me, we tried!)

Because this week, our task was just that: describe Ria in one word.

However, as we very quickly discovered, there is no singular word to describe someone who is thoughtful, compassionate, strong and stands up for people like a protector, sweet and kind but feisty, warm, generous, bubbly, earnest, dedicated, loyal, a 'rayofsunshine' -- and a great friend to top it off ☀️

Maybe that one word is just, 'Ria.'

Ria, we are so lucky to have you on our team. Thank you for your leadership, your care, your patience and, of course, your beautiful work. We celebrate you and express our gratitude loudly and proudly! Happy, happy 15th -- cheers to you 🥂

Every child matters. These words remind us of the lives lost and the profound harm done -- and of our responsibility to listen, learn, and do better moving forward.

Today, we're pausing to recognize the children who never came home, the survivors who carry the weight of residential schools, and the ongoing work of truth and reconciliation.

But we feel strange recognizing a single day for truth and reconciliation, because the truth of our history and our reconciliation doesn't exist in a single day -- it's an active commitment to ongoing reflection, education and meaningful change. Every day.

We're located on the traditional territories of the Wendat, Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe peoples, and the treaty land of the Williams Treaties First Nations and other Indigenous peoples whose presence continues to this day. We also acknowledge the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation as our neighbours and friends.

A beautiful day to *drive* change! ⛳🏌️

Today we have a little OoO time supporting our partner, CHATS, at the Tim Jones Charity Golf Classic. This year's proceeds will go toward essential services helping seniors age in place with dignity across York Region and South Simcoe, including CHATS Transportation and Meals on Wheels programs.

Today we're celebrating four years of Sam on Team RC! 🎉

If you know Sam, you may already know of her love for Disney, her affinity for stale licorice, and of course her sharp organization skills. But here are a few fun facts about our Project Manager pal that you may not know!

• She has never broken a bone before!
• She's quite the musician, playing a variety of instruments like the ukulele, guitar, drums, etc. "But do I play them well? Now, that's a different question."
• She travelled across the country to see Miss Swift rock the stage for the Eras Tour 💎
• She is a soon-to-be Mrs. with wedding planning in full swing

Today marks lucky (year) number 7 for our pal Ben and his time spent on ! 👏

We're so grateful for seven years spent building pixel-perfect websites while also finding the time to keep a perfectly green garden worthy of making your neighbours jealous. Maybe this is the year the legendary cookbook finally gets finished, too?

So cheers to you, Ben, on your 🍻 Here's to seven years of top-notch coding, jokes that make us laugh out loud (or roll our eyes) and trivia excellence -- except pop culture, we know your brain is too full of the important stuff for that!
