🚀 We're Hiring: Remote B2B Cold Caller | Raven's Edge Media

If you love the phone, don't mind rejection, and want income that compounds month over month — keep reading.

We're a growing digital media company selling SEO services to local businesses, and we're building out our appointment-setting team. Your job is simple: call local business owners, deliver a sharp pitch, and book qualified discovery calls. A closer takes it from there.

📞 What you'll be doing

Calling home services, professional services, and restaurant businesses from a provided lead list. Booking qualified appointments with decision-makers. 80–100 dials/day.

💰 How you get paid

20% commission on every deal that closes from your appointments. Recurring commissions paid monthly for the lifetime of every client you bring in — no clawbacks after 30 days.

What you earn per closed deal:

→ Starter client: $400 upfront + $60/month recurring

→ Growth client: $600 upfront + $200/month recurring

→ Scale client: $400/month recurring

Five Growth clients = $1,000+/month in recurring alone — just sitting there, growing every month.

Weekly payouts.

✅ You're a fit if you:

→ Have cold calling or phone sales experience

→ Are comfortable on 100% commission

→ Can work independently without hand-holding

→ Want to build recurring income, not just chase one-time cheques

🎙️ How to apply

No cover letters. Record a 1–2 minute voice note: who you are, why you're a fit, and how you'd open a cold call to a local plumber. Send it along with a brief note about your background.

Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid trial with real leads before any long-term commitment.

Drop a comment, send a DM, or apply directly: https://ravensedgeapplications.com/

Every lead receives a full SEO audit before the discovery call. Packages are priced according to their audit score — so the pitch is always backed by real data.

Keeping track of the audience that each social platform can provide you
Will allow you to greatly increase the effectiveness of your marketing.
It is important to take note of what age range your product or service is suitable for
As offering a product to the wrong demographic can severely impact the efficiency of your ad spend
For example, alcohol or renovation providers would be burning money trying to target ads on platforms with a larger youth audience
Keep this in mind when planning your approach to marketing your products or services
Don't be afraid to consult professionals if you are ever unsure as they will have the most experience dealing with these variables!

Upgrade your Marketing Analytics with these 5 easy steps!
Define Your Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
What do you want to achieve? It could be increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, or boosting sales. Once you have your goals in place, identify the specific KPIs that will help you measure your progress. Common KPIs include engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on investment (ROI).
Choose the Right Analytics Tools:
Most social media platforms offer built-in analytics dashboards, such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Insights. Additionally, third-party tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social can provide more comprehensive insights across multiple platforms. Ensure that the tools you choose align with your goals and can track your chosen KPIs.
Monitor Audience Behavior and Engagement:
Analyze metrics like likes, shares, comments, and mentions to gauge engagement. Pay attention to the type of content that resonates most with your audience and the best times to post. Understanding your audience's behavior can help you refine your content strategy to maximize engagement and reach.
Track Conversion and ROI:
If your goal is to drive website traffic or sales, use UTM parameters and conversion tracking in tools like Google Analytics to attribute conversions to specific social media channels and campaigns. Calculate your ROI by comparing the revenue generated from social media marketing to the costs incurred.
Analyze and Iterate:
Analyze both quantitative data (e.g., metrics and numbers) and qualitative data (e.g., customer feedback and sentiment analysis). Use these insights to refine your social media strategy. Experiment with different content types, posting schedules, and ad campaigns based on what the data tells you. Continuous analysis and iteration are key to optimizing your social media marketing efforts.
Remember that social media marketing analytics is an ongoing process. By consistently monitoring and analyzing your performance, you can make data-driven decisions that improve your social media strategy and drive bet

Stop wasting your time... Learn and implement a funnel into your marketing system!
Here are the typical stages of a sales funnel:
Awareness: This is the widest part of the funnel, where potential customers first become aware of your product or service. They might learn about it through advertising, social media, content marketing, word of mouth, or other means.
Interest: Once people are aware of your offering, some of them will express interest by engaging with your content, visiting your website, or signing up for newsletters or updates. This stage involves capturing and nurturing leads.
Consideration: In this stage, potential customers are actively considering your product or service as a solution to their problem or need. They may research, compare, read reviews, and engage with your sales or support teams for more information.
Intent: At this point, the potential customer is highly interested and is showing clear intent to purchase. They may request a quote, schedule a demo, or take other actions indicating their readiness to buy.
Purchase: The final stage of the funnel is the conversion into a paying customer. This can involve making a purchase, signing a contract, or otherwise committing to your product or service.
A successful sales funnel is one that not only leads to conversions but also ensures a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the journey. It should be adaptable to changing market conditions and customer preferences to remain effective over time.

The first step is to define the problem you’re aiming to solve. Asking specific questions will help pinpoint the most pressing needs or reveal the biggest opportunities to reach your research objectives. Questions you might ask in this initial stage include:
How many of our recent buyers are first-time customers?
How can we turn them into repeat customers?
Why are sales lower than last quarter?
Are our prices too high?
Why do customers put items in their shopping cart but don’t complete the purchase?
How can we make our checkout flow more efficient?

Some common performance marketing channels include:
1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Advertisers pay a fee each time a user clicks on their ad. Popular PPC platforms include Google Ads and Bing Ads.
2. Affiliate Marketing: Advertisers partner with affiliates who promote their products or services. Advertisers pay affiliates a commission for each sale or lead generated through their efforts.
3. Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) Advertising: Advertisers pay a fixed amount for each qualified lead they receive.
4. Cost-Per-Action (CPA) Advertising: Advertisers pay for a specific action, such as a completed sale or a user signing up for a service.
5. Retargeting: Advertisers target users who have previously interacted with their website or brand, increasing the likelihood of conversion.
Performance marketing provides several advantages for businesses, such as better control over budgets, a focus on ROI-driven strategies, and the ability to scale campaigns based on performance. By leveraging data and analytics, advertisers can continuously refine their marketing efforts to achieve higher conversion rates and lower acquisition costs, making performance marketing a valuable approach in the digital advertising landscape.
