We are proud to support Edmonton and Area as they launch their Annual Crashed Car Campaign here at Blackjacks Roadhouse in Nisku.
The crashed car is a powerful visual reminder of the devastating consequences of impaired driving. It is not easy to look at, and that is exactly the point. Impaired driving destroys lives, families, and communities, and this campaign helps keep that reality front and centre.
The display will remain at Blackjacks for the month of July before moving to Sherwood Park, and then to Memories Funeral Home on St. Albert Trail until after the September long weekend.
As summer gets into full swing, more people are heading out camping, visiting friends and family, going to events, and enjoying time on the road. Please plan ahead before you go out. Call an Uber, take a taxi, use transit, arrange a designated driver, or stay the night.
There is never an excuse to drive impaired.
