Most owners think they have a lead problem. "I just need more leads." Usually that's not it.

Most contractors think they have a "not enough leads" problem.

After 10 years in the contractor world, I can tell you it is almost never true.

The leads are coming in. They are just leaking out. Missed calls while you are on the job. Old quotes sitting in your phone. A website that looks fine but never books anybody. Follow-up that depends on you remembering to follow up.

The Missed-Call Text That Saves Jobs
