get attention → deliver a message → get the call.

If it’s not doing that, here’s why:
- Too much info.
- No clear hierarchy.
- Low contrast.
- Hard to read (especially from the street).
- Buyers don’t stop to “figure it out.”

They either get it instantly… or they keep driving.

And guess what happens next?
