To be an Athlete during this time is uncertain, events cancelled, practices cancelled it’s easy to lose motivation to do workouts at home, get outside for a walk or run. Today we need to continue to be diligent, thankful for our health and hopeful. We need to take care of our bodies because we rely on them to drive us forward in life and this amazing sport.
My heart goes out to those in their last seasons that aren’t sure when they will return. All you can do it work on yourself and encourage your partners and teammates to come along “virtually” with you 💜.
