The answer depends on the product, the design, and how it will be used. At Star Creations, we offer several customization methods, each with its own advantages.
🧵 Embroidery
Embroidery creates a professional, long-lasting finish using thread stitched directly into the garment or product. It’s a popular choice for business apparel, team clothing, hats, bags, and other items that need a polished look and exceptional durability.
🎨 DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing
DTF is a full-colour printing process that allows detailed artwork, gradients, and vibrant designs to be applied to a wide variety of fabrics. It’s an excellent choice for logos with many colours or intricate details that may not be suitable for embroidery.
✂️ Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
Heat transfer vinyl is often used for names, numbers, simple logos, and specialty finishes. It works particularly well for sportswear, team apparel, and designs that require a clean, crisp appearance.
☕ Sublimation Printing
Sublimation is a process that permanently infuses ink into specially coated products and polyester-based materials. Because the design becomes part of the product itself, it won’t crack, peel, or fade like some surface-applied methods.
