🌟 Important Update 🌟

Hello everyone,

We recently discovered that we've been experiencing internet and email issues over the past five weeks (might even be longer) Unfortunately, emails marked as sent on our end were not always reaching their destinations, and incoming emails were sometimes missed.

We're happy to report that the technical issues have been resolved, and our email system is now fully operational. We are currently reviewing all our email communications to identify any gaps.

If you're waiting for a response or any information from us, please reach out again. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!

Notice of Price Adjustment:

We have held our prices steady for the past two years, but due to the ongoing rise in supply costs, we will be adjusting the prices of our products and services starting September 1st. You can expect an increase of 10% to 15%.

Running a small business has its fair share of challenges, one of which revolves around managing our time and expertise. It's important to remember that design time is billable time, regardless of whether the final product meets your expectations. If, for any reason, payment isn't completed, the finished item remains with me, leaving me without compensation for my efforts.

Moreover, I'd like to address the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect in our interactions. While disagreements may arise, resorting to yelling and swearing, especially when I have a child in my home, crosses a line that I cannot overlook.

Looking ahead, please understand that future business dealings may be affected by our current interactions. Don't be surprised if I choose not to engage in future projects with you. It's essential for me to work with clients who value mutual respect and understand the importance of clear
communication.
