Meet the person behind Picturesque 📸

Hi, I’m the person behind Picturesque Photo & Media.

I’m a photographer, videographer, visual storyteller, and, more importantly, a problem solver for businesses.

I work with real estate professionals, builders, designers, hospitality brands, and businesses to create visual content that does more than simply look good.

Photography. Video. Drone. Matterport. Floor plans. Social media content. Branding.

But I don’t believe my job is to simply show up, point a camera, and shoot.

I want to understand your business first.

Most listings fail to get attention because they look exactly like every other listing in someone’s feed.

Before you hit “Post,” ask yourself:

“If I wasn’t the listing agent, would I actually stop scrolling?”

If the answer is no, try improving one or more of these:

• Start with a stronger hook instead of the address.
• Lead with the home’s best feature, not the number of bedrooms.
• Use movement in your first 3 seconds of video.
• Add captions so people can watch without sound.
• End with a clear call to action.
