Social media success doesn't happen by chance. It takes a plan. And, sure, AI can produce some content, but it won't help you interact with your followers. Those personal touches make a huge difference in your success, no matter what you're doing.
It's so easy for people to say: "Social media doesn't work for my business" instead of putting in the time and effort to make it work.
Being social and authentic are keys to your success. Simply posting a message sporatically won't get you far. You have to build a consistent plan that works with your brand and engage on all your social channels. Make sure you're liking and commenting on other people's posts in addition to answering all inquiries and comments on your own content.
Here are some other ways we encourage clients to help ensure their social success:
1. Regularly share your business social media posts and stories to your personal accounts (if you're using a business page).
2. Link your website social buttons to all your social accounts (FB, LI, IG, etc) π This may sound basic, but you'd be surprised how many people forget to do this.
3. Add social media links to your email signature π§
4. Grow your social media audience by following other people and businesses (including clients and prospects) and comment on their socials as well. A lot of people say they don't have time for this. But all it takes is 15 minutes at the beginning of your workday. Set a timer! β²οΈ
5. Be real and solve everyday problems your clients encounter! Set up a photshoot with a local photographer and take new π· These can be used in many different ways, including as images for your social posts.
