A.I. isn’t the future. It’s already here, and it’s changing everything.

Forget the noise around it. For people like me, it’s not a shortcut, it’s a multiplier. It opens up entirely new creative directions while collapsing production time down to something actually doable.

But here’s the catch… generating an image, a video, or a track is only step one. Cool. Now what?

That’s where I come in.

With 30 years experience in design and a full stack of A.I. tools in play, visuals, video, music, voice, the works... I take those raw outputs and turn them into finished, usable marketing. The kind that actually fits together with bigger plans, and does something useful.

No more heavy production overhead. No massive photo and video shoots. No gear circus. Start with solid phone photos, a sketch, a reference image... whatever you've got and we can build from there.

I’ve been using this approach to:

* elevate raw product shots into polished visuals
* pre-visualize real estate and spaces
* drop designs onto apparel, vehicles, signage… whatever you need to see before it exists

It’s faster. It’s more flexible. And it doesn’t blow up your budget.

If you want to push your marketing further without pushing your costs into panic territory, give me a shout!

Back in the lab with a fresh brand build.

This one’s for Cedar Dome Sauna Co., a local Oshawa startup whose product philosophy sits somewhere between embracing personal ritual and sacred Finnish sauna geometry… and they're growing fast.

Worked closely with Andrew to explore a range of logo directions and land on a foundation that feels right. The goal was simple: luxe, quiet, intentional. Nothing loud. Everything considered.

From there, we built out the full system:
logo, icon set, business cards, landing page, apparel… and even a custom branding iron to burn the mark directly into each dome. Because of course.

This is the kind of project I love, taking something from zero and giving it a real presence.

Thinking about building a brand from scratch?
Let’s talk.

I’ve designed a lot of apparel. Like… hundreds of pieces. Some clean. Most not. I tend to live on the darker side of things, no surprises there. So when Harley G’s Oshawa asked me to rework an existing design, I leaned in.

Pulled from years of building for hard-edge brands like Metal Mulisha, StyleMaster, Crooked Clubhouse, Brass Knuckle Therapy, Machine Tribe, I did what I always do… strip it down, then push it somewhere a little less comfortable.

What started as something fairly straightforward ended up a bit more aggressive. A bit more unsettling. The kind of piece that doesn’t try to please everyone… and definitely doesn’t need to. Are you looking to design some shirts, hoodies, hats? Want to start up an apparel brand? Give me a shout and let's see what happens.

Once again, I’ve lost a fistfight with my own schedule… which means posting the actual work has taken a hit. So I’m stealing 15 minutes to drop a quick one.

This was our annual New York Fries April Fools concept: Curd Bursts. Each year, I come up with some concepts and we choose one. So the idea, the name, the visuals, it's all part of the project.

And apparently… this one was a little less of a joke and more of a want. Deep-fried cheese curds filled with gravy. Absolute chaos. Absolute yes.

This one hit way harder than expected. People were into it:

“Cruel joke, I would definitely eat those.”
“That would be amazing, April Fools aside, get on this!”
“This is mean… I would eat these.”
“Please make this for real!!”
“This betta be real!”
“Wowza!!! Curd Bursts!! Woah!!”
…and of course…
“Haha more like Turd Bursts... all that grease. I wouldn't be off the toilet for 3 days!” (there’s always one 😂)

One of our best performing posts in a while, which either means it’s a great idea… or we’ve unlocked something dangerous.

Honestly… I’d still eat them.

Another year. Another fresh, sizzling batch of Ultimate Dining Card special occasion designs.

Year three of this little tradition, and I still get a kick out of that “green light” moment, blank canvas, new direction, let’s cook. Every year pushes the creative a bit further, a bit sharper, a bit more "risky".

And honestly? The best part is spotting them out in the wild, being purchased by customers at restaurants I love like Montana’s, The Landing, State & Main… and of course New York Fries and The Burger’s Priest.

Design that lives beyond the screen and into real hands? That never gets old.

Alright 2027... let’s turn up the heat. 🔥

I’ve got a serious soft spot for these rapid-fire social cuts. They’re the burger sliders of video production, small, punchy, ridiculously satisfying.

Quick-hit typography. Music that moves. Mouth-watering visuals that don’t overthink it. In, out, boom, attention captured burger order placed!

I crank these out on the regular for clients, and honestly? I hope the appetite never goes away. Fast doesn’t mean forgettable. When they’re done right, they hit hard and leave you wanting another one.

One of my favourite parts of being a graphic designer is when a client hands over the keys and says, “Let’s see where this goes.” That kind of trust opens the door to ideas you didn’t even know were waiting.

The not-for-profit Maltby Centre brought me in to shape the visual world of their 2026 capital giving campaign, from notepads and bilingual posters to web banners, carousel panels and more. What started as a simple asset build quickly evolved into something far more expressive. I reworked and customized royalty-free illustrations into a playful, cohesive visual language that felt both warm and human, exactly right for the mission.

Grounded tones paired with energetic accent colours gave the typography space to breathe and command attention without shouting. The result feels approachable, optimistic and purposeful, the kind of campaign that doesn’t just ask for support, but inspires it.

I’m genuinely excited to see how it helps drive meaningful donations and corporate giving in the year ahead.

As many of you know, I’m not really an “awards” guy, the work has always been the reward. But when you pour this much passion, energy and creativity into something, it feels pretty good to see it recognized, not just for the events themselves, but for Oshawa as a whole.

CONVERGENCE Music + Art Festival took home the FEO Award for Best New Festival or Event ($100k–$500k), and Boo Bash was named one of the Top 100 Events and Festivals in Ontario.

None of this happens alone. On the CONVERGENCE side, huge thanks to Kerri Sass, Krista Licsi, Jay King, all the DimensionX artists, Stephen Cameron, Clement Lush, and the army of people behind the scenes who pushed everything across the finish line.

On the Boo Bash side, Jason Dasti, Melissa McKnight, Danielle Trubela, Krista Licsi, Lasha Laskowsky-Reed, Kyle Kornic, Dave Sheldon, Clement Lush, Ruby Lush, Alexis McGregor, Stephen Cameron, Adam Mitchell, the Geeks & Co. crew, Andrew Fountain, the guy who played Leatherface (sorry man, I owe you one), Durham Region Roller Derby (you were incredible), Stephanie Pugh, Jordan Anderson, Mike O’Doherty, Adam Jackett, Matt Jackett, all the volunteers, cosplayers, and downtown businesses who showed up and brought the energy.

And of course, the community. The people who came out, supported, and gave these events a chance. That’s what makes it real.

I know I’ve missed names, and I apologize for that, but please know this: every single person involved helped build this. And I’m genuinely grateful.
