Look at all you fine folks doing a thing! Thanks to everyone who left the metaverses behind for a night to attend last week’s Water First fundraiser at the Orange Art Gallery. It was fantastic to (safely) rub shoulders with you all again.

Together, we raised over $2,000 to help bring sustainable water solutions to Indigenous communities across Canada. Good work!

It’s time to limber up, set aside the sweatpants, dust-off that evening wear (maybe let it out a stitch or two), and flex those hobnobbing muscles at a live, in-person social event.

You know, like you used to do.

The Art Department and TwelveDot are hosting a mixer and fundraiser benefitting Water First to help address local water challenges in Indigenous communities in Canada. Bring a friend, grab a drink, shake your butt, get your hands on some local art, and socialize in support of a great cause.

The Art Department is a firm of Strategists, Designers, and Storytellers who deliver beautiful, functional, and meaningful creative without the friction of an agency.

We designed this web framework to showcase the innovate (and oh-so inspirational) It's Our Time Toolkit, an interactive digital resource created by our friends over at the Assembly of First Nations/Assemblee des premieres Nations.

Did we mention this was a week for launches? Time for a big one. A few months back we began developing a web framework for coin collections.
