π Unchecked milestones..
That is how I felt a few months after my exit.
Spearheading a marketing campaign with over 20x ROAS had definitely been one of those milestones.
Fortunately, it did not take THAT long..
There are three pillars that go into how we achieved a 26x ROAS.
π From $5.4K to $144K in 4 Months. Hereβs the formula:
1οΈβ£ Industry leading creatives: Like baking a cake, deep market research on the key ingredients in the market leads to unique creatives that resonates with the ICP. We reduced the CPLs from $100 to $75 cost per booked call.
2οΈβ£ Adjusting Pricing Structure to: We differentiated from competing on price to offering high-value services that solve the entire gap of a customer's problem. This allowed us to become the high end service provider in the market. We increased prices from $1k/mo to $12k paid in full for a 6 month project.
3οΈβ£ Retooling the Sales Process: Refining the sales approach creates a smooth customer journey, leading to higher close rates. Average cost of acquisition was $446. We increased close rates to 50% despite a 2-3x increase in price.
