Being a "gregarious introvert" means you have the skills of an extrovert but the operating system of a hermit. You aren't being fake; you’re just being generous with your energy. But that generosity comes at a steep price.

So, if you’ve been "on" all day and people keep asking when you're coming back out: give yourself permission to stay under the covers. The world can wait. Your peace cannot.

This is why having a digital business is perfect for me.
I can show up online and be outward and have plenty of time to be with myself and be in my peaceful space- my home or now that I am traveling, my old room in my parents’ home.
