TBT - to a great coffee & chat with Kris Beauchesne from Common Ground Consulting Ottawa Inc. and Kassondra Walters from Ad Caffeine. We covered a lot of distance in a few hours and we laughed a lot!

I will be using the Qulliq Bursary for my tuition to Social Work at Carleton university. I promise to use what I learn to support vulnerable communities and individuals."

TBT - to Catherine Priestman and CP Business Solutions Inc. receiving a plaque from Royal Canadian Legion - Orléans 632 for outstanding support.

To help offset the impact of COVID on the Legion's Poppy Campaign, Catherine met with the Legion executive. Together, they mapped out a strategy for alternate revenue generation and a modified approach to the Poppy Campaign.

As a result and despite the COVID environment, they were able to generate over $200K to support veterans and their families - more money than had been raised in previous years.

Today marks the 10th Anniversary of CP Business Solutions as an incorporated company.

A decade!!! Some days felt very long and some went by in the blink of an eye.

We are grateful to our clients - some who have been with us for many years and some who just recently started working with us. Our company exists to showcase your organizations and to make your lives easier. We are so grateful for the trust you put in our team.

To our team members (employees, contractors, suppliers, cheerleaders...) - there is no way that CP would have grown into the company we are without YOU. To those who were with us in the early days and those who recently joined the CP family, I cannot thank you enough for your support, commitment, enthusiasm and trust. CP is able to serve our clients and many charitable efforts because of YOU. 🧡

On this second official National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we are pausing to reevaluate how we can make a difference and contribute to healing.

Earlier this year we launched a second bursary program specifically in support of young Inuit women graduating from high school - the CP Qulliq Bursary.

We received amazing applications and selected three wonderful young women to receive $1000 each. We are thrilled to have supported them and we know they'll continue to make positive impacts in their communities.

We're equally excited to announce that the bursary will continue next year and into the future. It is one of our commitments as we continue to seek out additional ways to contribute to reconciliation.

Yes, we love wearing orange shirts at CP, that’s not a secret but today, on this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, the orange shirts mean so much more.
