Yesterday, I was honoured to present to students at Mary Jane Naveau, an elementary school from the Mattagami First Nation, as part of the Anangokaa Festival. I focused on how space enables much of our technology on Earth, the cool space companies we have in Canada, what they do, and the jobs they could do one day related to space.
Ok, maybe “present” isn’t the right word. Instead of a formal presentation, I turned it into an interactive “Never Have I Ever” game related to space, technology, and jobs.
When marketing space to kids, you need to make it fun. Wait, should we also make presentations fun for adults? 🤔
