We’ve been working with ACOTRO on the SEAS portal. A digital process that supports internationally educated occupational therapists as they move through an important assessment journey.

What used to require more manual steps will soon become self-serve.

Applicants will be able to access a secure portal, manage key parts of the process online, and complete payments by credit card. Behind the scenes, that means less chasing, less paperwork, and a clear path for everyone.

That’s the real value of a good portal. Not technology for the sake of technology, a better way for people to move forward.

It’s the event they don’t attend. The newsletter they leave unread. The slow, quiet fading away in the empty spaces between renewal cycles.

By the time the annual invoice arrives, they’ve already made their decision. If you are waiting for the invoice to tell you who is staying and who is leaving, you've already lost. The invoice is just a thermometer, it tells you the temperature, but it can't change it.
