One project may ask about shelf availability or displayed prices. Another may focus on cleanliness, a staff interaction, checkout or an online pickup. The assignment brief tells you what matters for that visit.

Before entering, review the required observations and turn them into a short mental checklist.

During the report, describe only what the assignment asked you to observe.
