🚨 Major Printer Issues Finally Solved! 🚨

Over the past few days, I've been getting bad print after bad print and burning through way too much filament. 😞 Every time I thought I had the settings dialed in, another print would fail.

After a lot of troubleshooting, Dad stepped in to help and we finally found the culprit: a dislodged Z-axis linear bearing. The printer wasn't moving correctly on the Z-axis, causing layers to shift and prints to turn into giant piles of spaghetti like the one in the photo! 🍝

It's amazing how one small mechanical issue can cause so many headaches and wasted hours of printing.

A huge thanks to Dad for helping track down the problem. Sometimes a second set of eyes makes all the difference! 👏

The printer is now repaired, running smoothly again, and we're back to making quality prints instead of filament sculptures. 😂

🌴 Vacation Notice from Osmond3D! 🌴

📢 A Little Update on Ryan's Journey!

Ryan is now officially old enough to have a Facebook account! 🎉

We were also able to give him access to his page so he can see all the comments, messages, and support firsthand. However, due to Facebook's teen account restrictions, he is not permitted to access Marketplace, so Mom and Dad will continue to handle the marketing, Marketplace listings, and business posts on his behalf.

Since starting this journey back in January, Ryan has absolutely loved the support from family, friends, customers, and our community. Every like, share, comment, and order has helped build his confidence and encouraged him to keep creating and growing his business.

Thank you to everyone who has supported him along the way. Your encouragement means more than you know, and it's been amazing to watch his confidence and skills grow over the past several months. We can't wait to see what he accomplishes next! 😊🚀

🚀 Something Exciting Is Coming! 🚀

Today, a client approached us with an idea that immediately got our attention. After discussing the concept with the family marketing team, we decided it was too good not to try, so the first prototype is already on the printer!

We don't want to reveal too much just yet, but this is more than just another print. It's a practical idea with the potential to solve a real problem, and we think it could be something special.

The first test print is running now, and we're excited to see the results. If everything goes as planned, we'll be sharing photos and updates soon.
