Good morning friends! Just a heads up that we will be closed next week, August 24th to August 30th, for our summer vacation. We will be back open Monday, August 31st!

Over the last year, we've seen an increase in customers providing AI-generated imagery for both print and embroidery decoration.
Generative AI may be more accessible and easy to use, however these graphics almost always require some amount of re-design work to make them production-ready for print and embroidery decoration.
Moving forward, we will be charging a set-up fee for AI-generated imagery, cost dependent on complexity. This set-up fee will ensure that time and effort are spent making sure your imagery meets our production standards.
