Visually appealing content draws people in. Colour Pallets that provide a feeling for customers is the first way to show them the way this house will feel when they step into it.

I call it emotionally moving your clients into their next home.

What feel do you gather from the two variations of blue? What about the black and contrasted white?

Variations of blue create a sense of calm and zen, while the black omits elegance and sophistication while the white promotes balance, freshness and a new beginning.

This font exploits feelings of trustworthiness, and a sense of elegance. Simplicity but not cheap.

Hey hey hey! 👋

My name is Jacquelyn Roffey and I am the creator and owner of JacUpYourLife!
I am a mom of identical twin boys Reece and Riggins, wifey of James and Dog Mama of Tucker. Yes- my hands are full, and Yes- double the trouble. BUT- I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My passion is helping others find their best selves. Whether that be in business, life, or physical self I am a solutions driven mind.
After my degree in Human Kinetics I wanted to share the knowledge so I completed Teachers College. I found I could help more effectively by tutoring so I opened my own business providing one on one support for children and their parents. Life happened after marriage and we moved to the GTA so I shifted back into my Kinesiology background completing 5 years of Wellness Coaching.
I learned quickly working with driven people was my jam! The struggle clients manifested by overcomplicating their lives continued to show up in assessments. Navigating the mental clutter and realigning time spent to reflect personal values appeared to be a game changer- I knew I had something special to offer.
During my time as a Coach/trainer I worked closely with an incredible therapist Melissa Caldwell and now Sheena Eady who helped me work through both the dark and light in my life. I gained clarity and appreciation for how I have adapted through the dark in my life and now I translate that into adding light to others lives.
I strive to offer solutions I’ve learned through coaching, my own experiences and intuitive guidance to create systems, marketing plans, and clarity in your life and business. If your life doesn’t have alignment and clarity; your business won’t either. One is foundational for the other to build the life you desire.

I call this my Jacupyourlife method and I can’t wait to see how I can guide you to finding your best self.
