All about our Parking Signage!

Our parking signage is constructed from .081″ thick sign grade aluminum and faced with 3M engineering grade reflective white sheeting. Completed signs come in standard sizes of 12″ x 12″, 12″ x 18″, 18″ x 18″ and 18″ x 24″. Any custom size is also available for your particular application.

We can supply single colour or full colour graphics for your parking sign from simple text only to building logos, icons or any other image you may require.

We can supply your parking signage with industrial foam tape self-adhesive for mounting to smooth surfaces or supply it with mounting holes for either screw mounting directly to a wall or for mounting to our post mounting system. 10-foot-long x 2-3/8″ diameter galvanized posts, sign mounting brackets and domed post caps are available as required. Posts can be cut to any length you require.

All about our Hewco Band Stamps!

Stamp a date or a series of numbers or letters in a changeable combination onto a single line by ordering one of our standard or custom Traditional or Self-Inking Band Stamps. All Band Stamps are supplied with a metal frame, plastic handle and with deep cast rubber bands.

Traditional Band Stamps requiring a separate stamp pad range from 2 bands to 22 bands wide and are available in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 7/8″ (22mm). The larger the character height you require, the less bands will be available on the stamp.

Self-inking Band Stamps range from 2 bands to 20 bands wide and are available in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 5/16″ (8mm). The larger the character height you require, the less bands will be available on the stamp.
Each band on the stamp can be a number band, letter band or a custom band depending on your requirements.

Traditional Dater Band Stamps will stamp the date in a MMM DD YYYY format in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 11/16″ (17.5mm).
Self-inking Dater Band Stamps will stamp the date in a MMM DD YYYY format in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 5/16″ (8mm).
Any of the above options are also available in a custom traditional or self-inking Die Plate Band Stamp whereby custom information such as a name, address or other information can be assembled above and or below the band stamp assembly so that all of the information stamps at once.

All about our Vinyl Cut Graphics!

Self-adhesive characters and logos in standard colours in fonts from 3/8 inch to 60 inch tall. Kiss-cut, weeded and pre-masked, ready for application directly to any existing smooth indoor or outdoor surface.

Use for creating custom signage on your walls, doors, windows, directory boards or virtually any other surface including vehicles, watercraft, elevators and floors. When requested, most vinyl colours can be applied in reverse to the indoor surface of windows and clear acrylic, viewable from outside.

Vinyl graphics can also be created and used in the manufacturing process of finished signs by applying the vinyl to various substrates such as plastic, acrylic, metals and glass to create custom signs in any size and colour. Custom acrylic signs can have custom colour backgrounds to match your specific requirement. Custom signs can be supplied with holes, self-adhesive tapes or other specialty mounting options as required. Specialty vinyl such as metallic, reflective, translucent and imitation window etch films are also available.

All about our Aluminum Composite Signage!

Inexpensive aluminum composite signage for interior and exterior applications. A skin of 0.012 inch (0.3mm) thick aluminum bonded to a 0.125 inch (3mm) thick core of polyethylene provides for an inexpensive lightweight, strong and rigid signage option which is virtually undistinguishable from solid aluminum.

Text and logos are UV printed directly to the surface of the aluminum composite which offers superior wear and cleaning resistance for property management, office, school and industrial applications. Available in a brushed aluminum, brushed gold, brushed bronze, white, black, blue, red, green and yellow finish.
If you require your signage to have text which may need to be changed in future, (directories, hours, etc.) request your signage to incorporate vinyl cut and applied text rather than printed text which can be removed and replaced on your signage as required without replacing the entire sign.

Signs can be supplied with square or round corners and have holes drilled or self adhesive tape applied to the back for mounting.

All about our Marsh Spray Stencil Ink!

Mark Boldly on Any Surface! Our Spray Stencil Inks are useful for permanent, waterproof, fast drying, bold marks on any surface. Marsh Spray Inks are lead free, CFC (Chlorofluorocarbons) and CFHC-Free (hydro-chlorofluorocarbons). All ink formulations comply with CONEG (Coalition of North Eastern Governors) legislation. Spray Mark Over, Tan. Tan Spray Mark Over sprays on any surface to cover old marks and re-use cartons. This fast drying, permanent, waterproof mark over will provide maximum coverage with minimum spray mist and running.

Packaged in 11 oz. (325mL) cans. Meets government performance requirements for specification CID A-A-208B.

All about our Hewco Custom Aluminum Stencils!

Hewitt’s is the industry leader when it comes to the design, features, tolerances and quality custom aluminum stencils. When the environment or size of job makes other types of stencils unsuitable, Hewitt’s aluminum stencils offer long life without having to sacrifice versatility. Hewitt’s combines the most flexible design and fabrication department in the industry with custom options to provide our customers with stencil products that meet their specific needs.

WINDOWS & PORTS: Windows allow flexibility with the option to change information (for example: sizes, weights, lengths, shifts, dates, etc.). Our own T-Bar extrusion design holds the inserts in the window for precise placement and easy removal.

STENCIL INSERTS: Made from light-gauge aluminum in any size to format all the information you require on your stencil image. We record all specifications of your stencil so you can order more inserts at a later date and know that the fit will be perfect. A lip on the edge of the insert allows for easy and accurate insertion and removal.

OTHER OPTIONS: Handles to carry and position the stencil. Hangers to hang the stencil on the load during the painting process to ensure a consistent stenciling location. Bends or flares on the stencil sides and/or bottom will deflect over-spray.

All about our Self-Inking Rubber Stamps!

A self-inking rubber stamp is different from our traditional rubber stamp, which has an internal ink pad that transfers ink onto the rubber die every time you operate it. This stamp type is recommended for repeated stamping throughout the day.

To use, simply line up the self-inking stamp where you want to make an impression and press downward on the unit. The rubber will contact the paper, leaving a crisp, clean impression. The ink pad inside the handle is refillable and replaceable when required. Various shapes, sizes, stamp ink colours to choose from.

All about our Lumber & Industrial Inks! Our Hewco Wetsurf Lumber Marking Ink is for automatic grading or hand-stamping on wet, frozen, green or dry lumber. Waterproof, sun proof, quick drying, and ideal for sub zero conditions. Available in black only in 1-gallon containers.

Our Hewco 2055 and Hewco Roto Flow Ink is an all-purpose ink intended for pressurized flowthrough inking systems for grade printing GRN, S-GRN, and KD-HT lumber. Compatible with all grade printing equipment using neoprene feed rolls. Used extensively in lumber and sheathing plants. Available in a range of standard colours in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 45-gallon, and 275-gallon containers.

Our Hewco 2331 Ultraviolet ink is a clear invisible ink that can be used in specialized dot on demand inkjet printers or can be used in an ink pad with a regular rubber stamp.
