I wanted to write a huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate my beautiful husband’s life this Saturday. I apologize to anyone who I didn’t get to speak with or only had a moment to chat with, I promise your presence didn’t go unnoticed. Id also like to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped create such a beautiful day. Laurie at , recreating our wedding flowers, .doughnuts for the six dozen mini doughnuts which were amazing as always and Daniels favourite. All of our family who brought food/coffee and help set up. One month. It’s been one month since I felt your skin. One month since I kissed your lips. One month since you told me you loved me. One month since I’ve been able to breathe. This pain is unbearable. We miss you so much. Not a minute goes by that you’re not on my mind. I love you so much. Twenty four hours ago, I lost my husband, my best friend, the father of my children.
We had one leg left on our dream vacation. We were so close.
There are no words in the world to describe how much my self and the kids miss him. We so thankful for the years of memories he gave us.
Daniel, We will continue to honour you and live up to the goals we set together.

Januarys second sandwich loaf! I over proofed it just a wee bit but it still turned out awesome. Maybe even better than the first loaf. This recipe had 5 grams of sugar more than number one which made it better. I made my husband a grilled cheese with it and he said it was the best grilled cheese sandwich he’s ever had!
