Genuine Media is looking for a dedicated full-time Office Admin & Accounts Payable person to work Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm in our Port Moody office.

Job Description:
You will be working alongside our admin and media assistant to process media invoices for all clients, working with supply vendors, monthly accruals and general ledger reconciliations, updating spend trackers, and facilitating interface file uploads. This person will also be leading in any administrative activities in the office, possible bank runs, ensuring office supplies are stocked, kitchen is stocked and clean, assisting in planning staff events, organizing Christmas Gifts for clients, basically be willing and able to always lend a helping hand whenever it is needed.
Our office is fun but very fast paced; therefore, it is essential to have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task, all while having a great attitude. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential to have a min of 2-3 years of accounting experience. At Genuine we use a custom data system that will require training, which will be provided. This role will work directly with the President, Media Director as well as the Admin + Media Assistant.
Requirements:
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite - especially MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience in the media agency environment an asset but not necessary
• Min 2-3 years accounts payable experience
• Very detail-oriented, as you will be working with lots of numbers
• Organized
• Must be a team player with a great attitude
• Able to Multitask
• Problem solver
• Willing and able to learn
