🦁 NEW WEBSITE 🐵

in Brooklin ON is a *beauuutiful*, bright, magical place for babies and toddlers to play indoors, and parents to connect over delicious coffee...

I was honoured to be able to show off their fun and welcoming energy via their brand-new website ready for opening day ✨️ (as well as an easy to use booking system for their customers, branded confirmation/reminder emails, and the confidence to manage it all themselves going forward!)

Set up an automated email marketing sequence with platforms like Mailerlite and it can tick away working hard for you in the background (dream, right?)

👉 My 3 biggest pieces of advice for small business owners who are overwhelmed by their marketing. Let's get honest.

1. SOCIAL MEDIA...
Don't stress about making "good" content, getting views or going viral.
Social media is *literally* a full-time job and you are running a whole business. Instead, focus on promos or collabs you could do. Is there someone in your community that you could join up with for an upcoming holiday (e.g. mothers day), host an event with, or put together a give away? Keep posting, but take the pressure off. There are other ways to get your name out there.

2. GOOGLE...
If you don't have a Google business profile, make it your mission to create one this week! Make it routine to ask all customers for reviews. Brag about what they say. Post their testimonials. It is so powerful.

3. EMAIL...
If your favourite social media platform shuts down tomorrow, would you lose your customer list and way to communicate what you offer? That's a scary place to be. Instead, think about something valuable you could offer your ideal client for free in exchange for their email address. Create an account in Mailerlite (free up to 500 contacts) and start communicating your offers there.

From text-heavy to calm, clear, and inviting... all whilst keeping their love of sunflowers and the ocean 🌊🌻

Working on this website redesign for was such a joy!

Their work supporting individuals and families already had so much heart behind it. My role was simply to help translate that warmth into an online space that makes new visitors feel comfortable, understood, and confident reaching out.
