Well I think I’ve finally narrowed down the colour for the studio and painting will commence very soon!

I am taking some inspiration from my favourite vacation which was an amazing trip to France with my husband and in laws. France has become a huge source of inspiration for me from my cooking to my crafting to how I’m even considering designing my garden space! So why not bring a bit of that into the studio!

French Toille is such a bright but calm colour and should tone down the crazy lemon yellow Navy blue room my studio currently occupies! As a gym I can almost see how those colours worked but as my studio space. I don’t like feeling like I’m being yelled at by the walls!

We made it half way across the county. The studio…. Well it is full of boxes and is waiting for some paint, shelving and possibly new floors we shall see.

But I feel like I can say I’m half way there. Getting here was the first part of the challenge and now I just have to work out the kinks and iron out the details.

Looking for paint colour suggestions if you have any! What’s your favourite colour to have in your space? Right now I’m looking at Benjamin Moore’s Brittania Blue.

Oh boy it has been a minute since I’ve posted something! School for my Small Human (who now insists she is at least a Medium Sized Human) has kept me on my toes and off the computer. Then my other half brought home some kind of plague and the family has been down for the count! But I have been tinkering with making some die cut stickers and had a request for some kids cut stickers too.

With Christmas right around the corner I’ve also been trying to get some gifts made for friends, family and teachers!

I will have some super cute gift options available very shortly because I have made it onto the sewing machine a few times and I’ve got some amazing smelling lavender eye pillows that will be available for purchase.

Yesterday I brought you the digital preview of my new Countdown to Christmas Reindeer and today the test stitch is done! It is so cute and features a little vinyl area where you can use a dry erase marker to write how many days till Christmas. (66 if you are wondering my 5 year old worked that out for me this morning!)
