Going to regular doctor appointments and being intentional with my health has been a game changer!

Find out why your knees hurt.
Find out why you feel so tired all the time.
Find out why you’ve been having headaches.

Vanity is nice but, longevity without pain is top tier!!!

Seeing the doctor can be nerve wracking, but what’s worse is getting an illness that could have been prevented.

Me and my homegurl got ourselves a hobby.

This is my 1st ever dance class, just finished class #2 and it’s already been life changing.

Go get a hobby that has nothing to do with making money or having any expectations other than to bring you joy.

We ain’t playing with the second half of our lives.
Fun will be had.😎

I never thought I’d be taking my first dance class at 51 and
Hip Hop?!

Ma’am, be serious.🤣

But joy was louder than my fear and now I’m obsessed.

Comfortable? Not in my prioritizing joy era.

I’m embracing the uncomfortable so I can live my best life!

Shout out to my amazing teacher & my bestie partner-in-crime you make this ride pure fun. ❤️

Exited for more choreography and progressing to moving more fluidly.

My advice to you…GO DO THE DAMN THING!
