After a dive into the psychology of words I have learned there is a transformative difference between saying "try" and saying "do." ✨

Now, when I hear someone say "try," I can sense the doubt in their voice. 😟

I can hear the predicted failure in their words. 😞

It's as if "try" is an escape route, a way to protect ourselves from the fear of not succeeding. 🛡️

But what if we removed that safety net and fully committed to our actions? 🔥

"Try" implies uncertainty. It leaves room for giving up, for not fully committing to our goals. ❓

When we say we'll "try," we're already preparing ourselves for the possibility of not succeeding.

This mindset can sabotage our efforts before we even begin. 🚫

"Do" signifies determination and action. It leaves no room for failure because it implies that success is the only option. 💪

Saying "I will do this" boosts our confidence and solidifies our intentions. It sets a powerful precedent for our actions and mindset. 🌟

Next time you catch yourself saying "try," pause and rephrase your statement. 🛑

Feel the difference in your energy and mindset.

So, stop trying and start doing and watch how your life begins to change. ✨

Guys, we are 7 days into summer break and the kids - including our toddler have switched into full on summer break mode. It's after 9 now and they are all still sleeping. That means extra quiet time to enjoy my morning routine on my own.
