AI is not the problem.
Lazy AI is.
And I said what I said.
AI can be one of the most useful tools in business right now, but only when it’s used properly. It can help you brainstorm, organize your thoughts, build content ideas, outline strategies, write faster, simplify your workload, and get unstuck when your brain has officially opened 47 tabs and none of them are loading.
But here’s where businesses are starting to lose people.
They’re copying and pasting whatever AI gives them and calling it content.
No edits.
No personality.
No brand voice.
No real thought.
No human behind it.
And people can feel that.
We’re seeing more and more of the same captions, the same graphics, the same images, the same wording, the same vague motivational business posts that sound like they came from a robot wearing a blazer.
AI is powerful, but it should not be the final product.
Use it as a starting point.
Use it as a template.
Use it to spark an idea.
Use it to help you organize what you already know.
Use it to save time.
But then make it yours.
Add your story.
Add your opinion.
Add your experience.
Add your humour.
Add your brand voice.
Add the thing that makes someone say, “Oh, that sounds like them.”
Because that’s what people connect with.
Learning how to prompt properly is becoming a real business skill. The better you can guide AI, the better your results will be. And the more you understand your own brand voice, audience, message, and goals, the more you can use AI without sounding like everyone else.
AI should help you stand out, not blend in.
At EnvisionEnterprise, we love AI. We use it. We teach it. We believe it can make business owners more efficient, more creative, and more consistent.
But we don’t believe in replacing authenticity with automation.
Your content still needs you in it.
Because at the end of the day, people don’t connect with perfect.
They connect with real.
